Who we are
MySharpIQ is the data controller for personal data processed through mysharpiq.com. Contact: support@mysharpiq.com.
What we collect
Test data: your age group, goal, answers and score. Account data: email, full name, age, phone number and password (stored hashed). Training data: exercise results and progress. Payment data: processed by Stripe; we receive only a customer reference, payment status and the last details needed for receipts. Technical and marketing data: IP-derived country, device information and campaign parameters (UTM tags, click identifiers) from the link you used to visit us.
Why we use it
To provide the test, your results and the training program (contract); to process payments and manage your membership (contract); to send service emails such as verification codes, password resets and account notices (contract/legitimate interest); to measure which advertising campaigns bring visitors and improve our marketing (legitimate interest); to comply with legal obligations such as tax records.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the Service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Render (hosting). We may show a recent-purchase notice containing only a first name and country.
Retention
We keep account and training data while your account exists and for up to 24 months after your membership ends, and billing records as long as required by law. Leads who did not purchase are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and complain to your data-protection authority. Email support@mysharpiq.com to exercise your rights.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for login, checkout and to remember the campaign that brought you to us (90 days).
